• Two story homes start at $400.00

• 3 Story homes start at $500.00

• Pressure washing concrete surfaces starts at $0.25 per square foot depending on the surface condition. Any oil, grease, rust stain removal will incur additional charges. The minimum price for any job is $50.00

• Vinyl fence washing starts at $8.00 per panel. Each side of the panel that you want cleaned counts as a panel.

Rust stain Removal- Specialty chemicals are necessary to remove rust stains properly

Oil stain removal- Oil stains on concrete are notoriously hard to be removed from the porous structure of concrete. With the use of specialty chemicals many oil stains can be lightened but it is nearly impossible to fully remove the stains as they sit so deep in the concrete pores.

Gutter Brightening- The black "zebra stripes" often seen on gutters is not an organic stain it is a result of a chemical reaction between the gutters and asphalt shingles. With specialty chemicals these stripes can be removed.
